H.E.L.P.S service about 300 families a month with food, clothing and household needs. We offer USDA commodities, & have a media center for area youth Helps is a grass root Faith Based organization which was established in 1980 in Quincy ,IL. We are a crisis intervention agency that works with individuals and families that "/fall through the cracks" of the system of local in place state, federal and area churches. H.E.L.P.S is often the last are only place a person may be assisted in Morgan, Scott, Greene, Cass, Brown when all else fails to service them. We provide educational workshops for Clergy, youth and adults on site and are a community host site for the Court system where people may complete their community service hours. H.E.L.P.S is a 501 C3 tax exempt organization who does not discriminate are force religious beliefs on others. We are ministers of the faith who love God and His people. We are a United Way agency.
