Don't rent or buy here you will be greatly disappointed. Management unprofessional, unable to calculate utility bills accurately. (electric bill amount off every month. (Learn to calculate your own and ask what factor they are using, Ii know of 2 other people in the park having the same problem) After paying first months rent and cleaning deposit I had to ask several time to be given a copy of the rental agreement. It took management 3 months to finally give me a copy. Make sure you get a receipt for the money you give, I was told I shorted them on the initial money down a couple of weeks later after signing agreement. I told management they were wrong I gave them the correct amount. After they checked into it a bit more they realized it was there error they forgot the amount they told me for the monthly rental. Employees are clicky and gossipy, I rented a PO box from the park and have never had my mail so screwed up. Trailer#72 they rented to me had been mouse and rat infested before I moved in. their waste still intact when I moved in under the sink, fridge and bed. The toilet clogged up daily, When maintenance came to look at it you could see the drain pipe had a low spot where the trailer settle through time. All the waste got stuck and wasn t able to wash down properly, sewage waste was all over the back deck where the sewer connection was from previous overflows.
