For your convenience and the ease of your wedding guests, both your ceremony and reception can be at the same location. As the bride and groom, we have two areas for you to select from for your ceremony: Swan Point and The Grand Gazebo. Our wedding coordination services are free for the bride and groom, and several of the services include the coordination of the caterer, florist, officiant, DJ, cake or cupcake designer, photographer & videographer, along with you, the bride and groom. We can also make recommendations on vendors that fit your needs, and we can book your hotel room blocks and busing transportation. We set up and take down your wedding and reception. We'll do the work for you. Black Hills Receptions & Rentals is where your dream wedding begins. Besides our unique on-site facility we have traveled over a four-state area creating fantastic spaces and fun events at a variety of venues. In addition, we concentrate a large part of our wedding business on off-site tent receptions. We customize your event to your wants and needs. This includes site inspection, delivery of inventories, set up, coordination, and removal. Our creative and expert off-site staff will inspire your vision with our huge inventory from nine large storage units.
