FIC exploits their employees and over work them... I do not think you guys would be looking for work at a place where you work from Monday through Sunday 10hrs/ day. Most of employees with some kind of injury work related or for over worked and pressured reasons I should say. Their "human resource" Nancy.... aren't these people suppose to protect an employees rights?? Not in FIC!!! She actually manipulates and tries to pay you from your vacation days instead of sick days. Team leaders? Only there to put more pressure, more stress... not even bathroom trips are allowed. Oh and don't say that something hurts or you're feeling sick. Because they will instantly say it's an excuse to get out of work early... but who can blame the employee if this place is practically a slave house with the exception of the minimum pay for the work being performed.
