Made the mistake of purchasing a motor from here with 'guarantee' it was running and in good condition. "Donor vehicle was wrecked but drivable". Contacted seller the day it arrived & expressed concern of motor being full of milky residue/water. Seller said this is normal (he had done this many times before). Scott said the engine was running when they pulled it but I find that hard to believe. Motor never ran right after install. After changing out all the VVT sensors within the first month (no money left after purchasing the engine and paying for install) I discovered it was a timing issue. So I pulled the front cover and found the timing chains and tensioners including the cam phasers were BAD. Proof that the engine couldn't have run without some serious indication there was a problem. I replaced all of the components including a new oil pump and parked it until I could afford to take it to the Ford dealer. Ford dealer found motor contained SLUDGE. NO OIL getting to the cams. Invested $5K (+) for engine/install, ALL new parts. Seller 'guaranteed' motor was good but found out otherwise. U.S. Vets beware!
