Actually, I feel that the owner of this company is out of touch with the needs of the customer, he is focused only on how much he can add on to the cost of the job. I truely feel that the owner Frank is to old and lacks any real business knowlegde or savy to run a business and his Son Mark is aloof and not customer oriented as well. What a shame. I do not recommend this company to anyone, if you are in the market for a new roof or commercial work done, please shop around and avoid Derrick's roofing at all cost. You will only wind up over paying for mediocre work!
