The Jay Rouse agency started in July 2008 in Laurel, MD. We moved to Dover, DE in April, 2011. We are a continuation of the Doug Bennetti Agency that was started in Dover over 40 years ago. We hope to continue servimg our current customers and gain some new ones along the way.
