"Our mission is to offer the best product to meet customers' needs at the lowest prices, and that includes providing excellent service. We even go on-site to evaluate the needs of our business clients." Bastien opened his first store in Havana in 1989, then expanded to Pekin and Washington before opening a superstore at the intersection of Sheridan Road and War Memorial Drive in Peoria.
