K&AA specializes in the design of high-end custom homes with a distinct appreciation for the preservation of Palm Beach’s rich, historical traditions. We create a unique home for you. Every client deserves an original design in response to individual personality, needs and budget. The home must suit its site, mastering the constraints as well as all the potential, and it must authentically and consistently express an architectural style.
We are collaborators. We will listen carefully to you in order to comprehend your dreams and objectives, and we will embrace your vision for the project. We prepare precise and thorough project documents, which reflect a clear understanding of construction methods, costs and future maintenance. We work productively with other professionals, uniting all aspects of the scope of work, and achieve consistently superior project management. Our goal is to surpass our clients' every expectation in creativity and service.
We work as a team. We blend our complementary talents for optimum artistry and accuracy. Over the past 20 years, we have demonstrated our creativity and proficiency in working in a variety of architectural styles, from traditional to contemporary. In design, our strengths encompass form, spatial relationships and detailing.
We are dedicated to personalized service. For you, we continuously investigate our industry and stay abreast of the realities, trends and innovations.
In addition to custom residential homes, our services encompass all types of renovations, including those involving historic and landmarked properties. We honor our architectural heritage.
