Sun-Surf Realty manages over 200 Vacation Rentals, offers a great selection of Annual Rentals, and has one of the strongest Sales teams on the Crystal Coast. We sincerely appreciate your interest in Sun-Surf Realty’s Property Management Services for your Vacation Rental or Annual Rental home. We are proud to be a leader in the Vacation Rental industry along the Crystal Coast. Sun-Surf Realty is family-owned and operated; our #1 priority is to provide both homeowners and guests with exceptional service from each and every department within our company. The history of Sun-Surf Realty began in 1978 as Singleton Realty. Several years later, Alice Smith purchased the company and renamed it Sun-Surf Realty. Warren and Tracey Chesnutt took over the reins in 1997. Sun-Surf Realty is a proud member of VRMA (Vacation Rental Managers Association), The Hospitality Association, the Resort Rating Specialist, and the Emerald Isle Business Association. We know the importance of being active members in these and many other associations so that we may constantly stay on top of industry trends.
