I am Dr. Ray Ortiz, past President and presently Board Member of the Deerpath HOA inside ELW community in Oldsmar. Last year our Board selected Accurate Electronics (AE) to replace our South Gate operators. Despite the two hurricanes that impacted our area, AE managed to eventually get their install by Feb 2018 despite our older electrical grid system and by end of June all the repairs were done and up and running. Since then, we have some continued hiccups with the South Gate system older radio transmitters that are activated by remote devices but AE service techs did their trouble shooting and resolved the matter. I personally with another Board member, can attest that despite the many unforeseen obstacles and job delays we encountered with our new gate operators, AE came through for us thanks to the personal involvement from their owner Derik Palmer, VP Nick Neel and all their service techs involved. Currently our Deerpath HOA is happy and appreciative of the overall experience working with AE. Thank You. Dr. Ortiz
