Harley Blankenship
Ruthann Dunn and Charlie Coghill have been sued by Vance Burgess and others in a class action suite alleging Coghill, Dunn and others have acted improperly in removing Mr. Burgess as the President of Meade County Senior Citizens, Inc. The alleged removal of Burgess was in July. The Manta post was revised by Dunn in JUne.(?)
