Sorry but this add is false. I walked in to ask about it and get an application and the app said only approved pets and that the rent for a 1 and 2 room was $875 and $1075. The name on this listing is the name of the women who was behind the desk as she gave us a busniss card. When I mentioned the online prices she acted like she'd never heard of manta.com. Hmmmm seems like a good place but I wouldn't live In a place run by someone like her. She didn't even mention the special that's mentioned on this page.
