I needed an arbitrator for a real estate matter, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on a retired judge. Mr. Saltzman arbitrated the case for less than half of what others quoted me. He was fair and nice and came to a good decision. I won on some points and lost on others. He really thought through the case. I recommend him as an arbitrator.
