Since 1978, Construction Management & Maintenance (CM&M) has specialized in traffic, street, roadway and transportation projects throughout Arkansas and surrounding regions. We install, maintain and repair any type of traffic signal systems, emergency signalization systems, school safety signals, video/vehicle smart monitor systems, and decorative/LED/HPS lighting structures for roadways or parking lots, including underground boring and trenching work. We are insured, bonded & licensed.
