Very disappointed in your customer service and online ticketing. After the printer broker, my son was not allowed to board because he had no paper printed ticket, even though he showed the operators his iphone with the email and tickets. He had to buy another full price ticket in order to get home in time. When I called customer service I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor, and they refused to refund the ticket, even though some passengers are allowed to have a fax sent to them for a $5 penalty. I think this is unconscionable. Some passengers get a $5 penalty, while we had to pay $45. if the terminal doesn't have a fax machine (they don't have email either?) The online ticketing is very awkward: First you get a confirmation, then you have to go to your email, and then you have to open an attachment.
