Terrible. My husband was delirious, confused and unable to walk or talk properly, unable to swallow. The first two paramedics were wonderful and doing their job when a second ambulance arrived. This woman came in asking my husband what day, what month, who was the president. All Of which he gave correct garbled answer to after a very long delay. They she asked him if he thought he needed to go to the hospital and he said "I don't think so". So she announced that if we take him it would be kidnapping and proceeded to hustle the crew out of the house. My neighbor heard them arguing in the driveway. Three of them said he needed to get checked out. But she was screaming that "this is a liability". My husband was later taken to the hospital by ProMed. His electrolytes were so out of whack, its a wonder he is alive. The doctors don't know how he survived. Hes now fighting for his life. If he dies, how is that not a liability. The man was not competent in the moment to realize how sick he was. She will never enter my house again.
