I had an excellent experience with Ken Ouellette of Class Act Wheel and Tire. After work by somebody resulted in a tire blow out on the freeway, I needed two new tires as well as a diagnosis of the cause. Ken came highly recommended to me by a friend so I called for an appointment. Ken told me to come right away and he and everybody at his shop were friendly, helpful, and fixed my car swiftly. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tires, balancing and such. I will be back again.
