Unsafe for the highway. The wrecker owned by Hatches Wrecker Service out of East Texas had to be towed. It was also noted his truck was unsafe for the highway due to one rear tire torn and another rear tire with no tread. Our car stalled in Moscow, TX between Livingston and Lufkin around 8:30 at night. Hatch's Towing was assigned to us through our insurance for a jump. The service technician was prompt, but after the jump did not work, he refused to tow our vehicle, even if we paid out of pocket. He insisted we get another claim started with the insurance and abandoned us at the side of the highway. After submitting another insurance claim, the same service technician was called for the tow. However, he could only transport two people and there were three of us. There is no Uber or taxi service near Moscow and the serviceman was very unhelpful. We even asked if we could pay out of pocket for another tow service just to pick up the other person, but he said no because that would make [him] a taxi service. He was very short and seemed annoyed that we wanted transportation for all three of us. By the grace of God, I was safely taken to Livingston by a kind stranger, while my husband and 11YO were transported with the vehicle. As a woman trying to find a ride at 9:45 at night, my story could have ended up much differently. Hatch's Towing was not only rude and unhelpful, but they knowingly put my life in danger. I do not normally leave reviews, but if I can prevent this from happening to someone else, I am going to do that. The next person may not be as lucky as I was.

Do not work for this company. Low pay at 1200 every two weeks while working 24/7. Good talkers with big promises. Every worker quits. The family are the only ones that don't work seven days a week and make way more than the workers.
