I am 3 months BA post op and Dr. James Fernau did an amazing job. He gave me exactly what I asked, my BA looks so natural no one can't tell I got them done, most assume I'm wearing a really good Victoria Secret bra. I was really scared at first and prayed that I didn't make the wrong decision by having Dr. James Fernau as my plastic surgeon since I didn't know anyone that gotten work done by him but he made me felt so comfortable. Also the pictures on his website give him no justice. There was only one picture I liked but that's just my opinion. The incision scar sits right underneath my breast fold and is healing great. The only thing I wish I would've done different is go a little bigger but I read most women have boobs greed so that's normal otherwise I love them so much.

Dr. James Fernau is by far THE best doctor I've had. -He was professional. -He listened attentively to my concerns and understood the severity of my condition as well as the level of frustration and anxiety I go through everyday. -His warm and calming nature immediately brought my anxiety to rest. -He was able to figure out a suitable plan that accommodated my health as well as financial costs. I've had many disappointing experiences with previous doctors and am very happy that I've found a doctor that I will be going back to on a regular basis. I highly recommend Dr. James Fernau!

With his charismatic personality and his phenomenal skill set in facial surgery, I highly recommend checking out Dr. James Fernau, if you already haven't. I received the non-surgical rhinoplasty, along with cheek and chin fillers, and the results are absolutely breathtaking. (Especially seeing the before and after pictures side by side!) Dr. James Fernau is an excellent listener, which is extremely important as well. It's amazing how after leaving his office, you not only leave with enhanced, attractive facial features, but also with empowerment and self-confidence. I'm very thankful that I've found Dr. James Fernau's practice!
