HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Extremely rude on the phone starting with hello. Very SLOW, SLOW, SLOW to repair. My 2014 Mazda 6 was in for a crumpled bumper (just over $1,000 so very minor) it took two weeks for them to complete the work. One week to receive the parts (not their fault) another week for the work and I was promised it would be ready late Tuesdy/early Weds the second week and couldn't pick it up until end of the day on Thursday. The condition of the car when returned to me was APALLING!!!! The car was dirty inside with tracks from work books and the leather trim on passenger side where repair work was being done was covered with prints/smudges in some type of fine white powder (?). Most DISTURBING is the fact that my windshield is COVERED with millions of tiny droplets of paint and the molding around the window is also covered in paint because these JERKS didn't properly prep the car before painting it.Overall I would NEVER go there again and I would NEVER recommend. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
