The manager at the Fontana Location is very rude and she has poor customer service, she is also is a liar. I understand that sometimes a company has to CYA but if anything occurs with a person's order, the polite thing to do is call the person buying the merchandise and let them know what's going on!! The advertisements are great but customer service is a must. People are more understanding than you think if you discuss things with them concerning their products ordered or their money that they have spent!!! This stuff is too expensive for the BS that I had to put up with. There is no compensation for the mishaps that they cause you and the embarrassment of not having your things delivered to you in a timely fashion (as per their confirmation says) is unbearable. Being late on a deliver a day or more late is unacceptable. The manager is RUDE RUDE RUDE...A ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY.
