They need a offfice in different areas because the opening and closing hours are not time considered for others. For example, the billing department opens at 8-1 , when you call to communicate with them they are always busy. Everytime I go to the store something always down or broken. It would be nice to have it open for regular business hour. Only reason the company is surviving is because its the only water source in the area. ~Small town BS~
