I purchased stack-lock-store freezer jars from big lots that your company manufactures. The majority of the lids for this product have a stress crack at the gate area of the part.They were not packed out all the way in the mold from evidence of ripples on the top of the closure.It seems it was cavity H4 & H3 .I bought 20 containers and 7 of the closures were bad. I also bought smaller containers with the same issue. Ten containers in all, 4 closures with cracks. Cavity # c4,c3,c2. It seems this mold has major issues probably being a four cavity tool, it seems all the cavities were having issues.It was really disheartening to get to my residence and find I couldn't do what I wanted for the evening making freezer jelly because of the poor quality of your product.I am taking my time out of my schedule to stop at Big Lots again and returm bad product and start the process all over again.I hope when I take the jelly out of the freezer this winter that your product closures haven't cracked.If they are I will want to be reimbursed for the product I have made.In all I have purchased 32 16oz.freezer jars and 20 8oz. freezer jars.

I purchased 2 packages of the Ball Freezer jars and of the 8 contianers 7 had cracks in the lid, this made the producat useless. I would like a refund on the product.
