Was driving on the interstate in SC and was in the left lane and one of Destination Bound's drivers cut me off and made me swerve into the ditch to avoid him otherwise he would have ran into me. Then we catch up to the truck and the driver flipped us off! We called the company and spoke to the owner and he didn't handle the situation professionally at all. He basically said that we need to give truck drivers space and that since he used his signal it was not his fault. I did not cut off the driver by any means, I was beside him, not behind him when he cut me off. I guess I was maybe in his blindspot, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be aware of other cars around him. Just not impressed with how it was handled. The driver should be held accountable for reckless driving. I'm just lucky the ditch was relatively flat otherwise I would have rolled my car.

You need to pay your drivers on time. Stop pressuring them to drive illegally with no rest to make your delivery. This is why drive are crashing into barriers and damaging your customers boats.
Us department of labor and wages will deal with your attempt to keep my last check. And I will report you to the BBB and DOT in every state you pass through so that your logs are pulled
