For quality customer service, do NOT go to Focal Point Optical in Eugene. The frames they fit me for initially were painful, even after months of trying various adjustments. They finally said I should switch to a style with nose pads. After I tried on several, they said there was only one frame that would work, so of course I got that. Weeks went by while a lens kept falling out; they eventually glued the screw in. It fell out again. Finally they agreed to order me a new frame but it had to be the same model (I did not trust this model anymore, but they refused to let me get something else). Weeks later it arrives from France. After about a month of wearing it, a lens also fell out. By now nearly two years had gone by and I gave up trying to get Focal Point to properly fit me. I asked for a refund of my portion of the cost; they could keep the insurance payment. They refused. Any other optical shop in Eugene warranties their products for two years. Focal Point does not. They stubbornly refused to budge both on the product and on a refund option. Putting profit over customer concerns is poor business.
