i have dealt with them for 6 years our company sent them product via ups (we did not require a signature) the ups driver left the box. We never received payment. We sent notices every two months. When they finally did contact us they claimed they never received their product. Rather than fight we are going to write the 200.00 off as bad debt. I would only ship cod to this company. Other times the shipments were return for non pick up by usps. When they placed their order Flora stated towing was slow. I wish them the best of luck they seem like good folks.
