MILITARY, VETERANS & EVERYONE BEWARE! I was a good tenant and paid my rent every month on time for the entire term of my lease. Terri Patterson never showed up to our final walk thru so I was sure to take video/pictures which now thanks to technology are time and location stamped. She knew I was moving out of town when I left the forwarding address, and after I dropped my key off she has been dodging my calls and emails ever since. I can't even get her on the phone. She has never sent me an itemized list for damages and she has yet to return my security deposit. After seeing other reviews I wish I would have done research to see that Terri Patterson is a SLUM LORD! Not returning calls or emails is unprofessional and withholding the return of a security deposit is against WA State law. Seriously guys, rent from anyone else it will save you money in the long run! To all our Military Families, spread the word, she is praying on Military personnel that relocate knowing that they will be out of the state.
