Jim Robinson has been cleaning my chimney for several years. Santa's Friend does an excellent job of cleaning and making sure a chimney is clean and safe to use. Jim does an professional job of examining the flue of the chimney during the cleaning process. Several years ago, he discovered the mortar between the tile in the chimney had fallen out and created a fire hazard which could have cause the loss of our home or possibly even a more drastic result of the use of an unsafe chimney. He recommended the installation of a stainless steel pipe in order to make the chimney safe to use which also made the chimney more efficient. Santa's Friend is a very reliable service which I highly recommend. Sam Stockman, Clinton, MS
