this trailor park is a run down trash heap. Most of the homes are not up to code and the rent prices are unbelievable. the maintance upkeep is less than accepable. these people are taking advantage of underprivlidged individuals. the record keeping is nonexistant or they just don't want their renters to know how they are ripping them off.
