The worst Insurance broker ever. They lie for everything just to get your money. I renew Full Coverage Insurance for my car and 3 days after I got the papers from Global Liberty Insurance Co. and find out my car was $8000 under insured. The information submitted from the broker was wrong by how many miles is on the car. After I find out that I call broker and ask for real value coverage. The broker lie to me they contact Global Liberty, and told me nothing they can do about it. I got new policy from another broker and call back Ta Anchor Insurance Brokerage and ask them to cancel my policy. Send them doc. for my new insurance witch is start from the same day of Global policy and ask for flat cancellation. Flat cancellation means "No fees for cancellation" from broker and Insurance company By New York State Insurance regulations. I ask for refund of my down p-t and has been told from Broker 30 to 60 days for refund, and I will get a check from Global Insurance. 65 days later no money back from anybody. I Call Global Liberty and find out thy never got any money from the broker and never been ask to correct insurance value for my policy. I call Broker and find out I have to go to their office and get a refund less $165. Because thy did the work (never right way), and that cost me $65 and $100 is for Global Liberty cancellation fee. Global Liberty told me they don’t have any fees for flat cancellation.
