Scavuzzo's Inc Scavuzzo's Inc is a Family-Owned, 4th generation Foodservice company that prides itself on Honestly, simplicity and consistency. Scavuzzo's not only offers everything a restaurant would need, they also offer custom proteins, made fresh daily by Kansas City's grind-masters and tenured butchers. Established in 1906, first as a butchery, Scavuzzo's has grown into a full-service distributor, forging a new way of business in the kansas city food industry; all while holding on to the artistry of their heritage, butchery.
