Rhythmic Gymnastics is a combination of ballet, gymnastics, dance and yoga training The uniqueness of this sport it is not just using elements from ballet, gymnastics, dance and yoga, it is also using apparatuses such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Rhythmic Gymnastics is number one sport for girls in Europe and it is the most fast growing sport in USA and Canada! Our program was created to improve Rhythmic Gymnastic skills and to experience the art and fun of dance and the gymnastics World! We offer group and private classes.
