Horrible builder! Regret buying home from this guy. Please do not buy from this guy. From the time I moved in until now had problems with newly built house. Pipes, tiles, etc starts going down hill. Will cost more money out of pocket to fix and builder is an asshole and does not care to come out and take a look at issues. Claims its owners responsibility. Use other contractors out there.
