My name is Tom Nosal. I am a Smith College Graduate from their School for Social Work '83, and I have known Augie for over 30 years. Although i have never purchased anything from Augie, i do have friends who have and have found him to be unusually honest and fair. I've used his store more like a museum throughout my time here in Northampton and never once have i felt pressured to buy. Augie and his employees have always allowed me to browse without ever once making me feel anything but welcome. Augie's is a "living museum" and i suggest you go there just to meet the legend himself and enjoy his selection of quality craftsmanship and displays of coins and paintings.
