These guys are great! Don't know why people say bad things about them. They have been very nice and helpful to me from the beginning. Everyone has good and bad days, but to sit there and put people down who are trying to run a business and who are the only cab in town is stupid. Of course they can't be at two places at once and it might take a little more time. But they are doing what they can and I give them thumbs up and wish them the best of luck!

This is a response To Dylan Pedros Recommendation . This is a Bogus Statement the reason he is up set is because he made a time call 3 times with us and he would wait till I arrived at his house to call and cancel . My wife then told him that she would no longer be able to pick him up that way any longer because he was costing us calls from other people who wanted the car then. Unfortunately this is the worst and only cab service in Saranac lake. The dispatch woman ( who is the owner) was completely rude and sarcastic EVERY TIME I called. They are always late to pick me up for work and are well known for being very rude and unhelpful to their customers in the area. It is a small, owned by just the woman and her husband, and is a sad excuse for a business. Which explains why they shut down for half of the year.
