First of all, I want to thank you all for your hard work and dedication. And second, how do you get people to stop at a 4-way stop, when they don't even seem to pay attention to the stop signs. ( and I might add, I have never seen any of your patrolmen NOT stop at the stop signs, but the OTHER officers of the other branch, seldom come to a complete stop) Just saying. I have written letters to the paper did not do any good. High-School students have sat at the corner and counted all the cars that did not stop and it was ridiculous how many did not stop. Do you have a suggestions?
