I am going to preface this review by stating that Wellbuilt Construction Co Inc. is the company contractually bound and responsible for this situation. I purchased a home "built" by Wellbuilt Construction Co. in February 2024. At the time of closing, my contract stated that they would be re-grading the front and back yard to correct a pooling issue, correct the driveway ditch area, and seed the yard after winter. Needless to say, it's 9 months after closing and winter is nearing once again and none of the issues have been addressed. It has been nothing but radio silence with Wellbuilt Construction Co. concerning these issues. I do know based on a conversation, I personally had with the selling realtor, that T&C Construction Group built the home I purchased. I, as a matter of fact, spoke with the builder from T&C Construction Group who the selling agent stated to be her fiancee and we spoke about the details that were put into building the home. I have only seen a T&C Construction Group vehicle appear at my home, in August, once, for what I am assuming was to check out the grading that needed to be addressed as I saw the vehicle as it was pulling away from in front of my home, but no one tried to communicate that day. This is mentioned to state that I am not sure exactly whose error this is, in regards to the issues not being addressed. If it is an issue of Wellbuilt Construction Co. miscommunicating with T&C Construction Group or T&C Construction Group not holding up to their end with Wellbuilt Construction Co. or what I believe to be the case of T&C Construction Group being the company actually responsible but have done the paper work under Wellbuilt Construction Co. as to avoid actual responsibilities for situations such as this. Regardless of who is at fault both companies are currently failing for not completing the job they were supposed to; and at the end of the day Wellbuilt Construction Co. is the name of the company that has a contractual responsibility with me that they are currently not following through. Wellbuilt Construction Co. has not addressed this issue and have now resorted to ignoring all attempts at communication. I have heard that the issue would be addressed, that the companies contacted to regrade have quoted them weeks away, and that someone would reach out to me concerning these issues. This is what I have been told since around July and none of that has proven to be true as of this moment. As it seems that there will be no attempt to correct this matter I intend to continue leaving reviews and notify everywhere that is possible, so that future buyers may be aware of potential issues with this company; as well as, take the next step and start taking legal action. This is atrocious business practice. Just another "builder" that takes advantage of buyers.
