I went to Missoula with the intent to spend a few hundred dollars at The Buckle. I always look forward to my trip to that store, as it's one of my favorites. This experience was different and left me feeling as though I will shop somewhere else. I found a few men's shirts I wanted and one sales associate that I hunted down had helped me find the right size and then I went to the otherside to indulge in womens clothing and wanted to find jeans. I wear a size 25/35 and usually I have to ask them if they have any in the back so as I was looking for my size in the BKE's i saw a girl swift by me and I said "Excuse me, do you work here?" and her response was "yeah what's up?" That is almost insulting to me! When I come into a store to spend a few hundred dollars and I am asking for help and a response is "yeah what's up"? I asked her if she had any BKE's in my size and she told me to look in the front of the store? I was so irrated by this that I just grabbed my shirts and paid for them and left. Where did the customer service go??? TERRIBLE!!!!!
