Crown Center has 246 apartments available for low income elderly people and offers supportive services to help them live with dignity in a caring and diverse community. Started in 1967 as the Delcrest Apartments and expanded in 1995 with the construction of a second high rise apartment building, Crown Center has served senior adults for more than 40 years. The Crown Center community is ethnically diverse and includes significant minority and immigrant populations. All supportive services are offered to residents and to participants from the wider community, free of charge or for a nominal fee.
