Delaware Watershed Joint District No. 10 is a special district of the State of Kansas located on the drainage of the Delaware River Northeast Kansas.
The Delaware Watershed Joint District No. 10 contracts with local contractors to build grade stabilization, detention flood control earthen dams in the watershed plan approved by the Kansas Department of Agriculture, Division of Water Resources. Cost share funding, when available, is received from Kansas Department of Agriculture, Division of Conservation for approved projects.
