I'd like to apply for a management position with your company. I have watched and followed your job postings as part of my research. How is it you have manager and supervisor positions open constantly at every one of your locations? Demographically they are different, so i am concerned that it isn't the caliber of applicants or managers. My experience tells me that you either aren't hiring correctly or for some reason you can't keep quality people. How is it so difficult to keep leaders in place? I think I'll continue my research prior to applying with your company.
