Office staff is rude. Won't discuss issues with you. Backdated our termite contract to before we moved into our home and didn't cover cancellation policy with us (we have the unsigned copy of our contract to prove it was never covered with us). Contract signed late July and backdated to June 1. Worst company I have ever worked with.
