I do not Recommend ISB Design Group. this guy Ian Brown was hired by my fiancé to design and assist us with the remodeling of our home. after the talks he took a check in the amount of 3500.00 dollars as half of the agreed payment for the job, which he cashed next day. after that we waited 2 months happily and excited to start the project... Ian never called, nor gave us any vital signs, so we decided to call. no answer, we left several voicemails, no response, we sent few e-mails, no response...we were worried, we drove to his home in Canoga Park only to learn, mister Ian Lives in a Shit-holle house, not that that mat hers, but we were expecting a little more from a home designer, or so architect as he calls himself. when we knocked at the door, Ian Opened only a little gap of it, sticking his had out. he looked spooky and very suspicious, he was also shaking, like nervous. my fiancé was very nice and polite, i on the contrary went straight to the point and said, i just want the 3500.00 dollars you took from us and never deliver the job, he said i don't have it! i asked is there an explanation for why you did not deliver the jobs? do you plan on do so? he said, i am sorry! i will pay you back...i said its not enough, tell us why, you have hands, you are healthy, we paid you, why not finish? he insisted he don't have the money and would pay back! now 3 months has passed, this thief still don't return our calls, nor our money! I understand ISB Design Group is a scheme!
