EXCELLENT work. Can’t emphasize that enough. From the first phone call, Mike took his time to hear my every concern and explained in detail what the possible issues could be and the different ways to tackle them. Never once did I feel rushed or trying to be sold. He explained everything in detail so I had a good understanding of what exactly we were dealing with. Mike gave me straight talk. Mike and Johnny (aka 'the jet king' #facts!) came early the next day and encouraged me to stay and learn the process of what they were doing so I could see first hand that things 'were getting done'. He literally walked me through every aspect and I love that he did that! Him and Johnny were here about 2 hours from start of the process to end. They were awesome. Very thorough guys. Very respectful. Very knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in need of cesspool services. I wanted to wait before writing this review to make sure the problem was truly fixed. Almost 2 months later and everything has been perfect. Mike also assured me if in the event a problem was to arise, he would come back out to fix it no problem. Amazing service. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars in my book!
