Profound communication failure characterizes Hidden Treasures: 1) its phone is rarely answered, 2) phone messages, left in response to a hastily recorded greeting, and e-mails are both rarely answered, 3) its owner is perpetually disorganized, 4) its owner forgets promptly both procedural conversations and resulting plans, and 5) its owner, initially genteel, has violent temper and is given to sudden anger outbursts, for which he neither communicates cause nor allows discussion for conflict resolution. Happily, I parted ways with Hidden Treasures prior to a business transaction. I recommend, not Hidden Treasures, but any of the many established, reputable, highly rated Omaha estate sales firms.
