DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Most unprofessional staff our company has ever dealt with. You would think you're dealing with an office full of children who do not have proper phone etiquette. Forget about getting paid, they'll give you the complete run around! They will call and harass you several times a day when they're in need of your services but God forbid you contact them once to ask when you should be expecting payment for services you provided months ago. No organization within the company, the phone calls were disturbing actually..... same rep calling several times a day asking the same questions as if they never had contact with us. Completely clueless staff. Rude, rude rude. This was not our experience with just one rep but a few. You were warned! Please, don't even waste your time.

I highly recommend working with Servicecom!! Working with Servicecom has been an absolute pleasure! Their follow-up, consistency and communication to the vendor provided ease when completing jobs! Everyone in the office has been helpful and willing to assist me anyway they can.
