This is a 501(c)3 grant-giving charity, not a company. It is an all volunteer organization with no paid employees. Never had 'em, never will.

Non-profit grant-giving organization, supporting "grass-roots" and start-up non-profit GLBT charities in the Baltimore / D.C. area. Raises funds through generous donations throughout the community. Conducts annual grants/awards ceremony. Board of Directors hold meetings monthly. Directors represent the Leather/Levi/Bear/Rodeo Clubs in the area. So far, gave away over 2.2 million dollars in its 30 year history.
