My son attended for 2+ years, started good, we hoped he'd learn to be even more confident then what he was while learning discipline in a positive environment, what we got was the direct opposite. When your son comes hope claiming he isn't good enough and that he can't do anything right after his classes, red flags go up.

Beware parents!!! Most of us have been there. We look for an activity for our children to learn and most of all burn some energy while providing us some time to adult. My wife an I were in search for this as well about 2 years ago and we decided to try and enroll our son into Taekwondo at an ATA affiliated school in Perry, Georgia conveniently called Perry Taekwondo, most original name! Our hop[es going in is that our son could learn to be more confident while learning discipline in a positive environment, what we got was the direct opposite. When your son comes hope claiming he isn't good enough and that he can't do anything right after his classes, red flags go up. When our son started he was five years old. He loved it, he was in the tiny tigers program and we would come happy and leave happy. After several months David G. Feldman, the star of this post and the owner/head ninja baby sitter of Perry Taekwondo, advised us that he felt our son was ready to move up into the regular classes. We chose the Purple Belt path and I thought I was signing an agreement for a higher rate, when in turn it was a 12 month contract. Either way I went into it with the understanding that my son completes and maintains their minimums he will advance and be treated as he always has and equal to his peers - that didn't happen.
