I am disgusted in the way I am treated by the owner of this company. I have tried to make it to where I do not get my service shut off. I get paid the 3rd Wed of the month, and can't get it in on time. I paid in advance and explained why I was doing so. I was not told I was about to be charged 10.50 extra. So I get my bill thinking 0.00 owed and no. So I call and ask questions and am treated like an idiot and was yelled at. I either have to go to tittie land with my children to pay my bill with no fee or go buy stamps and envelopes. I am thinking it's worth it, never to have to speak with anyone in this office ever again! makes me want to move! I would not recommend Sooner Utilities to anyone, in fact when I move, I will be certain this company is NOT my provider, and it will not be because of the conv. fee.
